To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

International and EU Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges from International or European Union Customers. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the items, we are happy to make an exception to this rule and provide you with the exchange instructions. If the precision tip of your E6000 adhesive clogs, you can clean it gently using a pin or a needle to clear any blockage. Another method is to soak the tip in warm water for a few minutes to dissolve dried adhesive. Always take care to store the adhesive upright with the cap tightly secured to prevent clogging in the first place. This maintenance will help ensure it remains ready for immediate use for your projects.
