Return & Exchange Policy

All Dowsa Performance Wear items are made to order and produced individually upon purchase. This means each garment is specially prepared in the selected size, colour, design, and embellishment combination requested by the customer.

Unlike mass-produced retail clothing, our pieces are not held as standard, ready-made stock and cannot be restocked or resold once production is complete.

For this reason, all embellished and customised items are considered custom-made products.

As a result, we operate a strict no-return, no-refund policy on embellished and custom-made items.

Exchanges may be offered on non-embellished items if the selected size does not meet expectations. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, store credit may be issued for future purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Please Note

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that made-to-order and embellished garments are produced specifically for their order and therefore do not qualify for standard fashion retail returns.

International & EU Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not generally accept exchanges for orders placed outside Ireland, including European Union and international orders.

However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of the item received, please contact us and we will review the matter individually and provide exchange instructions where appropriate.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Any customs charges or import duties related to exchanges remain the responsibility of the customer

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • the item is defective,
  • damaged during transit,
  • or you have received the incorrect item.

This allows us to assess the issue promptly and resolve it as quickly as possible.
