We provide an exchange if the size doesn't meet your expectations, along with store credit for future style purchases.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

International and EU Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges from International or European Union Customers. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the items, we are happy to make an exception to this rule and provide you with the exchange instructions. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the sender will be responsible for the return shipping fee. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Dowsa Performance Wear's embellished leotards and dresses are designed and priced as intermediate-level Irish dance competition garments. Each design is individually embellished by hand using specialist fabric adhesive, consistent with our established production methods.

As with all rhinestone-embellished competition wear, including high-end solo dresses, occasional loosening or detachment of individual stones may occur during normal movement, handling and performance. This is a recognised characteristic of embellished dancewear, and occasional rhinestone maintenance may be necessary.

The detachment of an individual rhinestone does not necessarily indicate defective workmanship or a failure of the garment's overall embellishment. Quality and durability should be considered in relation to the garment's intended purpose, construction and price category.

We recommend handling embellished garments with care, avoiding unnecessary friction or pulling around decorative elements, and checking rhinestones before competitions.

Washing & Care Instructions

• Gentle hand wash only in lukewarm, mildly soapy water using a delicate detergent.
• Wash inside out where practical to protect the embellishments.
• Do not scrub, rub or soak the rhinestone embellishments.
• Do not use bleach, fabric softener or harsh cleaning products.
• Do not wring, twist or tumble dry.
• Gently squeeze out excess water and allow to air dry naturally, away from direct heat and sunlight.
• Do not iron directly over rhinestones or decorative elements.
• Ensure the garment is completely dry before storing it.

For best results, store your embellished garment carefully to minimise friction and pressure on the rhinestones.
