Return / Exhange Policy

All of our products are MADE TO ORDER, which means custom made for a specific size and an embellishment design. Due to the nature of personalised and made to order products we sell, we have a NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY. 

We offer an exchange, provided you are not happy with the size and a store credit which can be used towards a purchase of another style.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Senders are responsible for the Exchange postage fee. 
You can always contact us for any return questions at dowsawear@hotmail.com.

International and EU Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges from International or European Union Customers. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the items, we are happy to make an exception to this rule and provide you with the exchange instructions. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the sender will be responsible for the return shipping fee. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
