Return / Exhange Policy

All our items are CUSTOM-MADE, uniquely embellished for specific sizes and a selected design. As all our products are customised, we uphold a firm NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY. Exceptions may be considered for items with the original, authentic embellishment designs as marketed.

A modified version of the original design is considered a bespoke customisation and is therefore final; returns and exchanges are not available for this item.

An exchange is provided for the items without embellishment, if the size doesn't meet expectations, along with the store credit for future purchases if the exchange size is unavailable.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Senders are responsible for the Exchange postage fee.

International and EU Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges from International or European Union Customers. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the items, we are happy to make an exception to this rule and provide you with the exchange instructions. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded and the sender will be responsible for the return shipping fee. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
